The assistant receives customer messages, answers questions about our products and services, and helps process orders or bookings. A human team member can take over any conversation when requested.

3. Automated Responses

Replies generated by our messaging assistant may be produced by an artificial intelligence service. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Prices, orders, and bookings are only final when confirmed by a human team member. We are not responsible for any error in an AI-generated reply that has not been confirmed by our team.
